Economic
Development Policy |
It
gives me great pleasure to announce the Economic
Development Policy of Madhya Pradesh. The development of
the State is a subject very close to my heart. This
exercise was initiated for an integrated approach to
development, spanning all four engines of growth,
Agriculture, Industry, Services and Infrastructure.

The
overarching theme of our Development Strategy is 'Connectivity'.
Connectivity not only in a physical sense of roads and telecom
but more importantly, of connecting people. The state has put
people at the centre of its development strategy. The policy
seeks to connect people to their potential, and generate greater
employment opportunities by energising economic activity within
the State.
I
urge the people of the State to take ownership of the reform
process we have initiated and aspire for a collective vision of
a developed Madhya Pradesh. MP Connects!
