The Offers may be given either on composite basis i.e. for entire fixed assets (or) on split basis i.e. Plant and Machinery, Land (leasehold/Freehold) and Building separately. Alongwith the offer for each asset, the intending purchaser is required to deposit a Tender Fee of Rs. 2,500/- (non refundable) and security deposit as mentioned above (refundable on non-interest bearing basis) to be paid only by demand draft. Tender Form and other details of property may be obtained from the office of the Corporation on payment of Rs. 100/- for each asset separately till 04th March, 2002 upto 5:30 p.m.
 
The buyers who have participated in Tender earlier against MPSIDC's Tender on different dates for the units as detailed above need not have to pay Tender fee of Rs. 2,500/-. But they will require to deposit earnest money against each offer.
 
This is also a notice to the Company and its original promoters/directors/guarantors of above projects for settlement of their outstanding dues with the Corporation. The Promoters/directors/guarantor if they so desire, may write to the Corporation within 7 days after issue of this Notice alongwith a demand draft of Rs. 5.00 lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) in favour of MPSIDC Ltd., Bhopal as keenness money (non refundable but to be adjusted against the outstanding dues of the project/company) for settlement of their outstanding accounts. In any case, they are requested to attend the sale/auction proceedings on the data of auction/sale of the project/unit by the Corporation to assist in achieving better value for the assets, failing which the Corporation will be free to dispose off the assets of the unit(s) at the best available price/ value.
 
The Corporation reserves the rights to negotiate, accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason(s) thereof. The tenders shall be opened on 05th March, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. Any offer received without Tender Fee and Security Deposit amount shell be rejected. The offers should be superscribed on the envelope OFFER FOR PURCHASE OF ......................(Name of the Unit) .
